NO MINIMUM ORDER:  We appreciate every single order we get, no matter how large or small!  In fact, we appreciate every single customer, no matter how large or small! :)

The Pink Flamingo gladly accepts all four major credit cards, PayPal,  money orders and personal checks.  There will be a 10-day hold on money orders and checks to ensure they clear the bank before shipping. 

 Orders requiring any type of express delivery must be submitted prior to 12:00 noon CST.  Please call if you must receive your order by a certain date!  We try to ship within 24 hours whenever possible, but it's better to be safe than sorry.   If any of the items you order happen to be out-of-stock, we will email you to advise you of the delay.

When merchandise is returned as undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you will be charged actual shipping charges to re-ship the package.   So, please enter the correct shipping address when ordering.

 Please indicate your shipping preference on the order form.  If you need your order within a day or two, be sure to indicate the preferred method of express shipping (i.e. Overnight, 2nd Day, etc.).  You are able to compare shipping prices before submitting your order.  Please note that our shipping costs include all shipping and handling charges.  We don't tack on extra handling charges.

Privacy Policy:
Customer information (name, address, phone, e-mail address, credit card, etc.) is for internal use only and will not be shared or sold under any circumstances.  You will be notified by an automatic email when your order is processed and shipped.

Returns Policy:
Returns may be made within 30 days for a full refund minus actual shipping costs and a 15% re-stocking fee, if the merchandise is not damaged or defective. Please contact us by phone or email before returning an item.  Items must be returned in original packing and in resaleable condition to:
